I started my workout 2,5 years ago. When i was 74kg (fat). Then i toke my opportunity to change my life. I choose to lose fat and choose to train myself at home! And now i make the homeworkout 2.5 years. And i lost my weight -22kg(just fat). So if you are interested my Fit life , bodybuild and so on... so come and check! And make togheter world better!
